Antique Print 'The Monkey-Cupid' by Landseer (1828)
- Condition: Very good, given age. Some small surface damages in the right margin (closed with archival tape). A faint dampstain in the lower right margin. Small stains in the margins. Print sold in matting. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Description: Antique print, titled: 'The Monkey-Cupid' - A winged monkey with a garland of roses. He holds a bow while an arrow lies beneath his curled tail (in which a ring and love-knot can be seen). From 'Monkeyana, or Men in Miniature', 1828.
Artists and Engravers: Made by 'Thomas Landseer' after own design. Thomas Landseer (1793-1880) was a British artist best known for his engravings and etchings, particularly after paintings by his brother Edwin Landseer.
