Description: Untitled portait of a series depicting important figures of Belgium/France. Lithographed by Schuber & Degobert after J.J. Eechout.

Artists and Engravers: Pierre-Joseph Degobert was one of the leading editors and lithographers from the 30's and 40's of the 19th Century. Degobert was one of the members of the Basterot de la Barriere Circle, in Tournai, who began the lithographic process. In 1841, or 1842, he was awarded with the title of "Royal Lithographer".
