Description: Antique print, titled: 'Enlevement d'un Canot par les Indigenes - 212, Archipel de Tonga', Ambush of the men on a canoe by the indigenous people. A large group of native warriors pulls the European explorers from their boat, onto shore. This print originates from M.G.L. Domeny de Rienzi's 'Oceanie, ou Cinquieme Partie du Monde', published in 1836 by Firmin Didot of Paris.
