Description: Antique map titled 'Fiandra Parte Occidentale (..)'. Depicts northern part of Flanders, from North Sea, extends through the northern region of France to the cities of Douai and Vieux-Conde located at the bottom of the map. Originates from Coronelli's Isolario Atlante Veneto.

Artists and Engravers: The remarkable Vincenzo Coronelli (1650-1718), encyclopaedist, geographer, inventor and Doctor of Theology, was citizen of the Republic of Venice. He was also one of the most prominent mapmakers and publishers in Europe of his day.
