Antique Map of Friesland by Sanson (1696)

  • Condition: Good, given age. Margins a little browned. Some small imperfections in the top margin. Lower margin frayed (not affecting image). Creasing in the lower left margin (across the far corner of the image) with some paper loss in the lower left margin corner. A small stain in the top margin, just outside platemark. Two small creases in the right margin. A small stain in the top left of the image (just below the A of Mer d'Allemagne). General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
