An exceptional set of three original antique chromolithographs from Albert Charles Auguste Racinet's celebrated publication L'Ornement polychrome. Cent planches en couleurs, or et argent, published by Firmin Didot in Paris in 1873.
Recognized as one of the masterpieces of nineteenth-century chromolithography, Racinet's monumental work documents the finest ornamental traditions from antiquity through the Renaissance.
