Antiquities of Sahdaab near the First Cataract – Egypt Engraving, c.1755
This engraved view depicts the antiquities of Sahdaab, located several leagues from the First Cataract of the Nile in Nubia. Ruined structures, palm clusters, and distant settlements line the riverbank, with a single boat providing scale and movement.
