Antique print titled 'Mouldy'. Edward James Herbert, 3rd Earl of Powis (5 November 1818–7 May 1891), styled Viscount Clive between 1839 and 1848, was a British peer and politician. This caricature print originates from the Vanity Fair of May 27, 1876.
