Description: Antique print titled 'Meervliet, de Lustplaets van den Ed:Gr.Achtb: Heere en Mr. Lucas Trip, Burgermeester van Amsterdam en Raet ter Admiraliteit aldaer, van den Heere-wegh af in te zien'. Depicts the front of Estate Meervliet, property of Amsterdam mayor Lucas Trip. Originates from 'Het zegepralent Kennemerland' by H. de Leth and  M. Brouerius van Nidek.

Artists and Engravers: Published by Hendrik de Leth (Amsterdam, 1703-1766). De Leth was a printmaker and draughtsman of landscapes, active in Amsterdam. He was one of the artists who collaborated on Zegepralent Kennemerland, but also published numerous quite beautiful maps.
