This striking chromolithograph depicts a large Worcester porcelain vase design after Donaldson, distinguished by its deep blue ground and commanding figurative panel. The composition is bold and architectural, with the dark ground providing dramatic contrast to the pale central scene.

The figurative panel dominates the body of the vase, framed by finely drawn gilt ornament that emphasizes the vessel’s verticality.
