Description: Antique plan titled 'Plan de l'Isle de Goree - Plattegrond van t'Eiland Goeree'. Detailed map of the island of Gorée off of the Coast of Dakar, Senegal. This print originates from 'Histoire générale des Voyages (..)' by P. de Hondt, 1747.
Artists and Engravers: Jakob van der Schley (Amsterdam 1715-1779) was a Dutch draughtsman and engraver. He studied under Bernard Picart and became heavily influenced by his style.
