Description: Antique print, titled: 'Siccabonsii, Japansche Papen. [verso: Japanese soldiers].' - An image of a Japanese priest. In one hand hee holds a long rope with a thick knot in it. In the other he holds aloft a copper gong with the images of Japanese deities. On the rear an image of three Japanese soldiers: a pikeman, a musketman and a cavalryman (with bow and sword). Arnoldus Montanus' "Gedenkwaerdige Gesantschappen der Oost-Indische Maatschappy in 't Vereenigde Nederland aan de Kaisaren van Japan […].
