Description: Antique print titled 'Trophée elevé à la Gloire des Premiers Heros (..)'. An elaborate tree featuring 41 coats of arms and family crests and pictures of the hero's of Germany. The base of the tree comes from a large tankard adorned by several royal and religious crowns, and the double-headed German eagle. This print orginates from 'Atlas Historique'. 

Artists and Engravers: Henri Abraham Chatelain (1684-1743), his father Zacharie Chatelain (d.1723) and Zacharie Junior (1690-1754), worked as a partnership publishing the Atlas Historique.
