Description: Antique print of the Siege of Calicut. Joan Lima protected Calicut and wanred Henrik de Meneses, who sent two ships to Calicut. This print originates from 'Naauwkeurige beschryvinge van Malabar en Choromandel, der zelver aangrenzende ryken, en het machtige eyland Ceylon (..)' by P. Baldaeus.
